Made to stay within Australian law

The Reserve Bank of Australia allows reproductions of banknotes only if they are one-sided and less than 75% (or more than 150%) of the length and width of a real note. Our Studio Series notes go further: they use invented designs that copy no real currency, and every note carries a large PROP overprint with MOTION PICTURE USE ONLY and NOT LEGAL TENDER.

  • One-sided print, blank reverse
  • 95 × 45 mm — the $5 note is 130 × 65 mm
  • Invented Studio Series design
  • PROP overprint on every note

Never use prop money as payment. Passing or attempting to pass imitation money is a criminal offence under the Crimes (Currency) Act 1981, whatever the notes look like.
