Unused items
Unopened, unused stacks and kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first for a return reference.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it, including shipping.
Custom and aged props
Custom-printed, hand-aged and scorched items are made to order and can only be returned if faulty.
